I’m Tom, a Portland, Oregon based Technician, Service Manager, and Director-level leader. I spend an inordinate amount of time working with people looking to break into the Information Technology field, and guiding those who have been around the block a few times.
I hope to answer your questions within the pages of this site, and build relationships with as many of you as possible. I’m certainly not an expert in every facet of this field, and much of what you will find here are the musings of just one person, but we can always feel our way through this crazy business together!
